Michael Rene Mularkey (born November 19, 1961) is an American professional football coach and current interim head coach of the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the University of Florida, and thereafter, he played nine seasons as a tight end for the NFL's Minnesota Vikings and Pittsburgh Steelers. He has served as the head coach of the Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars, the offensive coordinator for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Miami Dolphins and Atlanta Falcons, and the tight ends coach for the Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL. == Early years ==
